Our Warranty program covers you for 5 years from the initial time of purchase. Each product you purchase will get you 1 complimentary replacement with our warranty. You are ONLY eligible for a replacement if, your request has been done within 5 years. This warranty covers products that are damaged by the customer during the ownership.

HOW DO I GET MY COMPLIMENTARY REPLACEMENT?

If you damage a product and are eligible for a refund.

 

1)Email us at help.primecarbon@gmail.com with pictures of your damaged product.

 

2)If our records state you are eligible, we will send you a return slip for you to return your damaged product.

 

3)Once the damaged product is returned, we will inspect the product to ensure it matches your original order.

 

4)Once damaged product is validated, we will send you a confirmation and shipping status of your new replacement.

 

 

*All items that are returned must be a prime carbon official part. If we receive a part that is not pertaining to your original order, it will be classified as unrightful and will disqualify you from our warranty program.
